Aishwarya blows the cigar!

Don’t draw any wrong conclusion with the headline. It is correct that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was caught smoking but not in real. She flips the puff on the set of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’. A scene in the film requires Ash to blow the cigar and she being a first timer performed the scene with full perfection.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was shown blowing the butt in the promo. the most controversial promo was supposed to go on air with the film, ‘We are Family’ but things did not fall in place and now Sanjay Leela Bhansali has decided to air the promo with Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor starrer, ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ on September 24. Sanjay is little tensed as how the audience will react on seeing their favorite actress blowing the butt.

According to reports, Ash was not actually smoking in the film but the scene was so beautifully shot that it looks like she is actually flipping the butt.

A source close to the actress informs, “Aishwarya is not really smoking in Guzaarish. It`s a very cute, funny and a very beautiful sequence where she is trying to smoke when she doesn`t know how to”.

In the film, Ash plays a married nurse who looks after paralytic Hrithik and at the end, they develop a relationship.

LOL : Funny “Tea Party” shirts « The Million Word Year

This seems like a bad thing, but read a few of the designs before you judge, and I think you will get the basic idea behind them.

These are not your average Tea Party shirts.

Pretty funny stuff. I can honestly see a few of those genuinely fooling some inattentive Tea Party types who are incapable of exercising the amount of irony to understand how these T-shirts mock them.

My favorite one is definitely this one here. “Obama wants the government to take over Social Security, that’s why I’m voting Tea Party”. That is freaking hilarious, it is perfect. I bet if you went to one of these Tea Party rallies, you could totally get people riled up about Obama’s evil socialist plan to take over Social Security and make it a government program, with a evil government bureaucrat getting between you and your free government money!

Heck, even better, just describe Social Security as if it was a brand new program being proposed by Obama and get all the old people good and mad about it.

And speaking of big Tea Part wingnut rallies, I have to admit I am pretty disappointed in Glen Beck’s big Restoring Honor bullshit rally last weekend.

Sounds like he said absolutely nothing new, and after the whole big buildup to the thing, I was really counting on him to really knock my socks off with something new, fresh, and completely insane.

I was a-tingle with anticipation, trying to guess, like a child wondering what presents Santa will bring, what fresh steaming pile of madness Beck would unleash upon the world. I was hoping for something really top notch from his personal brand of crazyevilstupidwrong. something epic, like telling people that the only way to defeat Obama was if they all converted to being Mormon, or announcing he had proof Obama was a gay Muslim alien from Uranus, or revealing to the world that he was having a torrid love affair with five dachshunds dressed in a lab coat, or something.

But no, sounds to me, from all reports, that he got together around 87,000 people (or, if you listen to him tell it, half a million people) and told them exactly what he has been telling them all along. how very, very boring of it. I can only imagine that even his most avid and fanatical supporters were pretty disappointed. He built this thing up like it was going to be some huge coming together moment where he would reveal a dazzling new “truth” to his eager followers, and instead, he just told them to go with God.

Come on, Beck. not even one little nugget of fun? give us something to go on, it’s the dog days of summer and we’re all bored as hell. tell all your supporters to bleach their children. Recommend putting all your money into bags and tying those bags to trees so the socialists can’t find it. or hell, get up there and just plain whip it out and piss on a flag. Make their tiny minds explode.

But this weakass shit? Laaaame.

I watched this show, and it was essentially a collection of household accident clips. the laugh track indicated that some parts were supposed to be funny, but i could not crack a single smile. I did cringe quite a few times, as it was painful to watch.
